Thank you for joining the 2026 AMP King/Queen of the Kart Track. Our aim is for you to have a remarkable experience and below lays the groundwork for you and your guests.

Key details that are your sole responsibility, all drivers and guests review to avoid any potential penalties or fines. These are provided for everyone’s safety and the preservation of this facility we all enjoy.

Races occur rain or shine, except if lightning is present or track flooding.
Registration Fees are non-refundable, but a one-time grace reapplication for the next race within the same year is allowed.

SCHEDULE:
- Gates open at 7:00 AM.
- Drivers meeting at 8:30 AM (Mandatory for all drivers). Missing this meeting will result in the Top 2 fastest laps being invalid
- First round of Qualifying begins at 9:00 AM.

TIRES/TRASH ON SITE:
- $25 per tire disposal fee (We will review video)
- Trash cans can be overfilled quickly, please bring trash bags, and leave (Without tires or fluids) next to the trash cans and we will dispose of them.
- We have a fluid disposal/recycling area, just ask AMP staff of the location.

PARKING/SCOOTERS/BIKES:
- To ensure space for trailers no cars or trucks are allowed to be parked in the paddocks.
- When you arrive to park, please see an AMP associate to review your parking spot prior to dropping the trailer.
- In most cases, tow vehicles can remain attached to the trailer, however there are some spots that require the tow vehicle to be moved. In this case, trailers must be moved in, dropped with a wood block under the tongue, and the towing vehicle must be relocated to the designated vehicle parking lot. We have a trailer dolly for use to park trailers without a tow vehicle.
- Parking spots are mostly reserved, and the ones that are reserved will have an orange cone in the space so you know that you can not park there. There are limited open spots available, so please find an AMP employee to help you park.

TRAILER TONGUE/ASPHALT REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a wood block to prevent asphalt damage.
- Consequences of damage to asphalt is a fine of $250 or the cost of asphalt repair.
- Any spikes, stakes, etc driven into the asphalt will be $250 per occurrence.

COMMUNICATION:
- Tune to FM 88.7
- Race Monitor for live timing and results.

SPILL POLICY:
- Oil, radiator water, and gas spills must be cleaned up immediately with oil dry.
- Oil dry will be provided if you don't have any.
- Failure to clean spills (We will review video) results in:
  - Minimum fine of $100 or asphalt replacement costs.

NO GOPRO/SIMILAR:
- Mounting GoPro cameras or similar devices on helmets is not allowed per our insurance. Failure to comply with this rule the driver/parents will be personally responsible for injuries. GoPros can be mounted on vehicles, bikes, or karts, with the stipulation that the owner of the device assumes full liability for any damages or injuries caused by the device detaching from the vehicle.
